SEASONAL RATES

We will be delighted to welcome yourself, your family and friends to Residence Devachan and experience the beautiful Italian Riviera. Please fill in the form below to check seasonal availability and any other queries or requests you may have. Prices below are on a weekly basis.

Peak - July, August, Christmas, New Year & Easter - £1,500.00
Mid - May, June, September & October - £1200.00
Low - November, December, January, February, March & April (Not including Christmas & New Year periods.) - £750.00
Short Breaks - Available in Low Season. We sometimes publish seasonal offers which are periodically listed below.

Please Note: Mid & Peak season bookings are accepted on a weekly basis.

 
 
 

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT
Confirmation of your booking. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt email by us of the completed Booking Confirmation Form and your payment of 25% deposit. The deposit is non refundable.

PAYMENTS
The 75% balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival date at the Apartment. If for any reason payments are not received, or not cleared by our bank, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the deposit due subject to the cancellation terms. Payment is accepted by a bank transfer in Euros/Sterling.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit of £250 is required to be paid by you in respect of damage to the Property, damage or loss of contents, damage or loss to keys, excessive or incorrect use of facilities (including, but not limited to, telephones, internet, and other amenities provided at the Property).

The Security Deposit will be pre-authorised 5 days before the Arrival Date. 

The Owner will report any issues with the Property within 2 Business Days from the Departure Date and, where:

No issue is reported, we will refund the Security Deposit to you; or there is an issue, the Owner will indicate the amount to be returned or any further charges (which may be adjusted at our sole discretion); This clause shall not apply where a complaint has been raised by the Owner/you through you/the Owner directly within 2 Business Days of the Departure Date.

RENTAL PRICE
Your Rental Price is fully inclusive of linen and bathroom towels, departure clean and normal expected usage of electricity (including heating) and water.

CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your booking, the signatory on the Booking Confirmation Form must put the cancellation notification in writing, cancellation will take effect the day we receive this. The cancellation of your Rental period will affect the bookings, in terms that is less likely to be able to re-sell the dates, therefore the deposit is non refundable. Cancellations must be six weeks prior to commencement of booking.

INSURANCE
We would strongly recommend that all members of your party take out adequate travel insurance to cover you for the period of your holiday. We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements beyond our control – for example but not limited to: illness, accidents, natural disaster, and act of God. We accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to your personal belongings, personal liability or other insurable losses.

DIRECTIONS
A map and directions to the Apartment will be sent to you by e-mail 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. A map also can be found in the following link under the Getting to the Apartment section.

ACCESS
We will meet you at the Apartment with a set of keys. The keys must be returned to us or left in the property on your departure.

GUESTS
The Apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests in comfort, and is reserved solely for the named guests on the Booking Confirmation Form. Sub-letting or assignment of the booking / part booking to others is not permitted, nor is accommodation of any guest not named on the Booking Confirmation Form. We expressly do not accept bookings of more than 4 guests. Non-compliance will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all payments.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, rental periods are: Peak and Mid Season - Arrival after 15.00 and Departure by 10.00.* Adequate time is needed for us to fully prepare the Apartment to our standards prior to your arrival, therefore you are politely requested not to arrive at the Apartment earlier than the agreed time.
* Low Season and Short Breaks - by arrangement.

HOUSE TOWELS
There are pool and house towels provided however the apartment towels are for bathroom use only.

SMOKING
Smoking is NOT permitted at the Apartment.

PETS AND ANIMALS
Pets and Animals are NOT permitted in the Apartment, its terrace or within the grounds of Residence Devachan.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY
You are responsible for your own health and safety during your stay, and we will not be responsible for any accident or injury arising from your use of the Apartment. You are requested to ensure that you fully secure the Apartment using shutters/closing windows whenever leaving the property.

THE APARTMENT MANAGER
The Apartment is managed on our behalf by us who will have prepared the Apartment for your arrival, and will visit at least once during your stay. Kindly report any accidental damage immediately, so that repairs can be arranged without delay.

DURING YOUR STAY
Instruction manuals and information are provided in the Apartment to help you settle in and enjoy a luxury home from home. If you have any need for assistance or any special requests which would make your stay more enjoyable, please contact us on the contact details provided within the Apartment.
